Administrative Assistant for Singapore

Secretarial and administrative assistant opportunities with some of Singapore’s industry leaders in the IT and Telecommunication sector. Our clients are looking for driven and polished individuals to provide administrative support to Senior Level management or departmental teams:

These roles will involve:
• High level correspondence (letter preparation, email monitoring)
• Screening calls, and providing general reception
• Organizing travel and accommodation
• Booking meetings and coordinating functions
• Calendar (diary) management
• Formatting large documents and preparing PowerPoint presentations
• Liaise with external clients and assist where possible
• Various other administrative/clerical duties as they occur

The successful candidate will have prior experience in the following:
• Working in a similar high level support role
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Professional and flexible attitude.
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• High level of attention to detail and professionalism.
