These roles will involve:
• High level correspondence (letter preparation, email monitoring)
• Screening calls, and providing general reception
• Organizing travel and accommodation
• Booking meetings and coordinating functions
• Calendar (diary) management
• Formatting large documents and preparing PowerPoint presentations
• Liaise with external clients and assist where possible
• Various other administrative/clerical duties as they occur
The successful candidate will have prior experience in the following:
• Working in a similar high level support role
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Professional and flexible attitude.
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• High level of attention to detail and professionalism.
