SENIOR MARKETING EXECUTIVE IN SG

Roles & Responsibities

• You will be responsible for the sale & leasing of residential properties under the UOL Group’s portfolio. For new developments, you will be involved in the planning and preparations to launch the projects. Other duties including liaising with lawyers, market intelligence and handover of completed units to owners and such duties as assigned. For existing apartments you will negotiate rentals, secure tenants, handle lease administration.

• Degree in Real Estate or its equivalent

• Preferably 3 years’ relevant working experience in the real estate industry

• Must have proven record or experience in marketing and leasing residential properties

• Resourceful with good organisational skills. Numerate and able to multi-task

Requirements
Qualification : Bachelor Degree (Others)
Required skill(s) : Exp in marketing and leasing residential properties
Experience : 2 - 4 Years
Vacancies : 1 Full Time
Salary : SGD Negotiable
